The Record
Coefficient of Fiction started as a departure. The guitar amps and drum kits gave way to vintage synths, sampled drum machines, and a more cinematic sense of space, a shift into sound Keeton hadn't worked in before.
That shift came with a choice that didn't exist on the records before it: chase the sound of the album on stage, or let the live show become something of its own. Coefficient of Fiction is what came out of sitting with that question.
Now it's pressed to wax, so the record, and the choice behind it, can live somewhere permanent.
